2 cups freshly squeezed orange juice
2/3 cup caster sugar
20g butter
1 to 2 tbsp Cointreau (optional)
320g packet frozen French-style crepes
ice-cream, to serve

Place orange juice, sugar and butter into a 6-cup capacity heatproof, microwave-safe bowl or jug. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes on MEDIUM (50%) power, stirring every minute, or until sugar has dissolved.
Cook, uncovered, for a further 15 minutes on HIGH (100%) power, stirring every 5 minutes, or until sauce reduces by half. Stir in Cointreau (if using).
Place all frozen crepes onto a microwave-safe plate. Cover with 2 sheets of damp paper towel. Heat for 4 to 6 minutes on MEDIUM (50%) power or until warm.
Place 2 crepes onto each serving plate. Spoon over sauce. Serve with ice-cream.
