  • Soft butter or margarine, to spread










  • 100g Lindt Excellence extra creamy milk chocolate, broken into squares










  • Icing sugar, to dust

  • Spread one side of each slice of brioche with butter. Place 2 1/2 squares of the chocolate across the middle of a slice of brioche, buttered side down. Top with a slice of brioche, buttered side facing up. Repeat with the remaining brioche and chocolate.





  • Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Cook two of the sandwiches for 1 minute each side or until golden. Repeat with the remaining sandwiches.





  • Use a serrated knife to cut in half and serve immediately, dusted with icing sugar.
